General Information:The bedrooms range in size from 16 to 25 m² and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
Details & Installations:
The interior of the accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The bedrooms are furnished with 3 king size beds and 3 single beds, with the option to add an additional bed or a children's bed.
Equipment:
Inside the accommodation, you will find a TV, DVD player, telephone, internet access, and a HIFI system. Outside, there are amenities such as a BBQ, deckchairs, a children's playground, and bicycles.
Useful Information:
There are shops located 200m away and the city center is 500m away. Pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed outside. Parking is available, and you also have the option to rent 2 bicycles or more. For breakfast, you can choose between a local flavor or a traditional breakfast. Additionally, there is the possibility to rent a private living room for dinner.
Prices:
During the school period, the nightly rate is 60€. During holidays, the nightly rate increases to 80€. If you require an additional bedroom within your accommodation, the cost is 15€ per person. Pets are charged at 10€ per day, and they can be left in the garden during the day, with our staff taking care of them. Breakfast options include a local flavor for 12€ per person or a simple breakfast for 7€ per person. A security deposit of 250€ is required, with a 50% deposit due upon booking.
