Welcome to our guest apartment, conveniently located on the Vertou side of Nantes. Just 10 minutes from downtown Nantes, our apartment offers direct access to the "busway" and is only a 5-minute walk to the Congress Center.Situated on the banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the beautiful town of Vertou, our apartment is just under 1 km away from the city center. This loft-style apartment spans 45m2 and features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet. We provide bed linen and towels, as well as basic amenities such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, a microwave, a coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, a TV, and internet access. Additionally, breakfast is included in your stay.
Should you wish to dine in, we offer dinner upon request for 12 euros. Parking is available for your car, and we also have bicycles and a garden for you to enjoy during your stay.
