- A living room with 2 convertible sofas that can be turned into 2 double beds (140 cm and 120 cm), providing daily comfort. The living room also includes an old-fashioned TV and a 3D TV, as well as a cupboard and WiFi for your convenience.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a GODIN cooking stove, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, among other amenities.
- A storage room with a sofa BZ, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
- A room with a convertible billiards table that can be transformed into a dining table for 12 people. This room also features a TV.
