The first floor includes three fully furnished bedrooms, an office/room 4 located across from room 3, and a small room with two single beds accessible through room 1. Additionally, there is a toilet and a refrigerator on this floor.

Each complete room on the first floor is equipped with new comfortable beds (boxspring) and quilts. The rooms also have a double bed that can be converted into two single beds. The bathrooms in each room are spacious (3 m2) and include a shower-bath, a fitted washbasin, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Other amenities in the rooms include a television, a coffee/tea service, and wireless internet.

Room 1 is 14 m2 in size and has an additional small room (1A) measuring 8.5 m2, making it suitable for a family of four. Guests staying in room 1 also have access to a balcony from their own room. Room 2, measuring 11.7 m2, also provides access to a balcony. Room 3, with the same size as room 2, is suitable for a family of four or five and is connected to room 4 (14.5 m2). Room 4 offers the same beds as the other rooms, with the possibility of accommodating a third bed. It also has fitted washbasin furniture and a private toilet located in the corridor. Access to the balcony is available from the corridor.
