This 3-star hotel gite is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the historic city center of Besancon. It is an ideal accommodation option for small groups or families.Situated on the first floor of a beautifully renovated old house, this charming cottage offers a peaceful countryside setting. Various shops, including a junction contact, post office, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser, are just 1 km away.
Inside the gite, you will find three tastefully decorated rooms that provide maximum comfort. Amenities include unlimited free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, complete dinnerware, and cookware. The spacious living room measures 35 m2 and features a sofa, chairs, a table and chairs for 6/7 people, a flat screen TV, and TNT. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, while a separate toilet is also available.
The gite, which was completely renovated in April 2014, also boasts a terrace with a table and high stools. Private and free parking is available on-site for 2-3 vehicles. Baby equipment such as a highchair and cot can be provided upon request and free of charge. Additionally, the gite is conveniently located near Micropolis, Minjoz Johns Hospital, the Hospital of Franche Comté, and CFPPA.
Whether you are planning a week-long vacation, a weekend getaway, or any other type of stay, this gite is suitable for your needs. Gas, water, and electricity are included in the rate, and there is an optional cleaning charge of 60 euros. Bed sheets can be provided for an additional cost of 10 euros per bed.
