This spacious apartment located on Admiral Roussin Street can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people. With a size of 75 m2, it is situated in the charming "hotel in Britain" area. The apartment features a large living room with an open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances. The kitchen leads to a beautiful lounge area with a large screen TV, two comfortable couches, and a cozy fireplace.There are two bedrooms in the apartment. The first bedroom is quiet and bright, offering a double bed and a view of the pedestrian street. The second bedroom overlooks the courtyard and can be arranged with either a double bed or two beds with relaxing mattresses. The apartment also includes a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet.
Upon request, an extra cot can be provided for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Alternatively, a baby cot can be requested free of charge. Additionally, Wi-Fi access is available to make your stay more convenient. For your convenience, parking is available with a view (please note that it is subject to availability).
It is important to note that this apartment is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
