Located 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this fully furnished 3-star tourist accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. The emphasis here is on serenity and autonomy, which is made possible by the expansive 1000m² garden and the large, heated swimming pool (10X4), complete with comfortable deck chairs perfect for relaxing. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, depending on weather conditions for May and October.

Your suite is situated on the mezzanine level of the house, providing a private and secluded space. The entire bottom floor of the house, approximately 80m², is reserved exclusively for your use, ensuring complete independence. Your room features a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, there is a large room available for dining during inclement weather. You will have a private bathroom with a shower and a separate private toilet. There is also a TV room furnished with a cozy leather sofa.

During good weather, breakfast and meals can be enjoyed by the poolside. Table dhote, including delicious seafood platters, oysters, and other regional specialties, is available upon request for an additional cost.

A designated parking space is provided within the secure premises. The room rate varies depending on the season, ranging from 75 to 95, and includes breakfast as well as unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

We prioritize the discretion and independence of our guests. Reservations can be made via email or telephone, after completing the rental contract and submitting a 25% deposit of the total stay cost.
