Welcome to our country cottage in the beautiful "marais poitevin" region of South - Vendee. Located in the peaceful rural hamlet of Baude, just 2km from Montreuil, 12km from Fontenay the Comte, and a short 45km drive to the stunning beaches of la Faute sur mer, this charming gîte offers the perfect retreat. With its traditional architecture and comfortable, homely atmosphere, this 130m2 ancient farm was fully renovated in 2002. The fuel fired central heating ensures that the gîte can be enjoyed all year round. Choose from a weekend getaway, a week-long stay or even longer.On the ground floor, you will find a convenient storeroom with a washing machine and dryer. The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, deep-freeze, dishwasher, and microwave. The cozy living room features a color TV, and there are indoor games available for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a separate shower and toilet.
On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, and a bathroom with a toilet.
