The ground floor room in a detached home in Six-Fours overlooks the garden. It has its own separate entrance from the garden, ensuring a peaceful and private atmosphere. The villa is located in a residential area, just 700 meters away from the city center and at the base of Fort de Six-Fours and the college.

Inside the property, there is private parking available. The room is furnished with a comfortable 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi access. The private bathroom includes a shower and washbasin, and there is also a pine chest of drawers for storing clothes. Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

Adjacent to the room is a separate area (not enclosed by a fourth wall) with a sofa bed, which can accommodate either two children or two adults. An extra bed is also available if needed.

The price per night for the room ranges from 65 to 100 euros, depending on the season and the number of nights. For a couple, there is an additional charge of 10 euros per child, regardless of the time of year.

Smoking is allowed, but only outside in the garden.

Rooms are available for check-in from 15:00, and check-out is at 10:30 (unless special requests are made). A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival, and it will be returned upon departure. Prepayment by check is possible, but if paying upon arrival, cash will be requested.
