Our farmhouse, built between the 1740s and 1820, consists of a 40m-long south-facing building. The Tit, The Swallows (conference room), and the Owl (recording studio) are located in front of it. All renovations have been carried out using ecological materials and in line with the original house's spirit. The exterior coatings are made of lime, sand, and a warm ocher color, creating a beautiful contrast with the 2500m² garden, featuring swings, a playground, and private parking.
Our cottages are situated in Québriac, in the heart of romantic Brittany, just 30km from Rennes and St Malo. At the end of the locality, you can access the Ille et Rance canal for long bike rides or walks.
The Birds of Passage cottages provide a haven, a natural and original place for your group stays, families, or couples, where you can relax and unwind.
