Perfect for families, this room can comfortably accommodate up to four people. Located at the top of the house, the room boasts a charming sloping ceiling that adds character to the space. Enjoy a view of the rear garden through the low window. The spacious bathroom offers a shower over a bath, with unique character beams in the ceiling, as well as a toilet and sink.

Room Two:
This large en-suite family room offers a king size bed and can accommodate anywhere from two to six people. Situated on the top floor, the room spans the width of the house and features two sets of French doors overlooking the garden and pool at the rear of the house. Additionally, there are two windows offering a view of the front garden, allowing you to take in the beautiful scenery and the village of Durban-sur-Arize. The bathroom includes a separate toilet, a bath with a large separate shower, and a sink.

Room Three:
This spacious double or family room includes a king size bed and is adjacent to a private shower room and toilet facilities. With the capacity to accommodate two to five people, this room features a lovely fireplace and a large window overlooking the rear garden. The unique aspect of this room is its ability to interconnect with room four, making it ideal for larger families. The private bathroom offers a power shower, toilet, and sink.
