Welcome to Breakfast Townhouse, a charming mansion dating back to the late 19th century. This historic building was once a wine estate surrounded by vineyards in the beautiful region of Cotes d'Auvergne. The architectural design of the house showcases the use of Volvic stone, a locally sourced material commonly found in the buildings of Clermont-Ferrand.The townhouse comprises a main residential building connected to a Chai (wine storehouse) and an underground cellar. The cellar is carved into the volcanic flows and tephra craters that are visible in and around the city of Clermont-Ferrand. This unique feature adds to the character and history of the property.
Located just 3 miles away from the City Centre of Clermont-Ferrand, guests can easily access all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. The famous Path and Zenith Halle d'Auvergne is only a 10-minute drive away, conveniently accessible via the A75 highway, taking exit 2 towards Le Mont-Dore.
For those who prefer public transportation, there are three transit lines within 100 meters of the house, connecting to the tram network that efficiently covers Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings. This makes exploring the city and its nearby areas hassle-free.
We offer four spacious bedrooms ranging from 25 to 35 m², each equipped with air conditioning, wifi access, a television screen, and a desk. The beds are comfortable and can be adjusted to your preference, either as a double bed (160 X 200 X 80) or as two separate beds. avons passé une nuit lors d'un séjour à Beaumont à l'occasion d'un mariage. Accueil plus qu'agréable, propriétaires très chaleureux et très intéressants. Maison superbement décorée, chambre très confortable, petits déjeuners copieux...nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle demeure que je ne peux que vous recommander.
Les chambres toutes neuves sont calmes, spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Télé, wifi, rien ne manque...
Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et sentent bon les gateaux "maison".
Quant aux propriétaires ils ne demandent qu'à être connus...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison d'hôte en août 2014, et nous avons passé un agréable moment, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et notre chambre située au dernier étage était très calme et la literie excellente ! Tout était très propre et le linge de maison était en parfait état !
Pour ce qui relève du petit déjeuner, excellent encore avec beaucoup de produits faits maison délicieux ou des mets de très bonne qualité ! Juste un petit bémol sur le fait que cette bâtisse soit un peu excentrée de Clermont mais même avec un enfant en bas âge, et le tram nous avons pu nous y rendre.
