Located in the heart of the historic village of Pontlevoy, our meticulously restored 19th century barn is a true gem. Nestled amidst the enchanting Chateaux de la Loire, this charming establishment boasts a carefully crafted interior design and decoration that exudes elegance and attention to detail.Our esteemed guests can indulge in the pleasures of our 17m long swimming pool, complete with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, or bask in the serenity of our expansive contemporary garden. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, we offer an outdoor Hot Tub that promises to rejuvenate your senses.
Despite its peaceful ambiance, our location is conveniently just a few minutes' walk from the city center, Abbey, two restaurants, a small supermarket, and a bakery.
Please note that the pool is closed on Sunday afternoons for maintenance, as well as at night for your safety. Additionally, we provide secure parking on the premises for your convenience.
Description for Gite
The cottage is a spacious 140m2 duplex featuring three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, the double room offers a queen-size bed, and the twin room provides two single beds. Additionally, there is a large shower room with a WC and a guest WC on the ground floor, complete with a vanity. The cottage also includes a well-equipped open American kitchen with a large cooking range, including two ovens. Other amenities in the kitchen include a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and mixer. There is also a bar area and a pantry with a large refrigerator. The dining room comfortably accommodates eight people, and the lounge features a three-seater sofa, four armchairs, a TV, and a home cinema system. Outside, there is a semi-covered patio equipped with teak garden furniture and a large gas barbecue. It is important to note that the cottage is part of the main building and is located on the extreme right side.The loft on the first floor, accessed through the guest room, offers an additional 70m2 of space. This area includes two bedrooms, with the first bedroom having a queen-size bed and the second bedroom featuring two twin beds. The loft also includes a fitted kitchen, a large shower room with a WC, a dining room, and a lounge area with a TV. Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, garden, and private parking facilities.

A wonderful location in the heart of the hostoric France.
Refined but unpretentious place for a couple or family. We enjoyed the atmosphere: "great comfort in old stones " Swimming pool. Vegetables from the organic garden. Veru close to the wondrous Loire castles! What else ;-)

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the Blois exit on the A10 highway. From there, follow the signs for Vierzon on the D952 road. Once you reach the Loire River, cross the bridge and then make a right turn towards Montrichard on the D951 road. Stay on this road, which runs alongside the Loire River, until you reach Pontlevoy. Upon entering the village, you'll notice the Auberge de l'Ecole. Just before reaching the inn, turn right onto Rue du Billeux, which eventually turns into Rue des Fourneaux.
