Welcome to The Garden House! This charming gite offers a comfortable and spacious living area on the ground floor, complete with a fully equipped corner kitchen and dining area. You will also find a cozy double bedroom and a large bathroom with an open shower unit.On the first floor, there is a twin bedded room for additional guests.
For your convenience, a utility room in the garage includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Located in the beautiful Suisse Normande region, this area is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you enjoy walking, fishing, climbing, or canoeing, you will find plenty of activities to keep you entertained. There are also miles of cycle tracks for those who prefer biking.
In addition to the recreational facilities, this area offers peace and tranquility. A large folder full of brochures in the gite will provide you with all the information you need to plan your activities.
Nearby attractions include the historic buildings and Normandy landing beaches in Caen, the famous Bayeux tapestry, and the birthplace of Guillaume the Conqueror in Falaise. Closer to the gite, you can explore Clécy, the capital of Suisse Normande, with its charming town square, riverside restaurants, and quaint bars and cafes.
The Garden House is available for rent at various prices depending on the time of year. Changeover day is typically Saturday, but exceptions can be made. Weekend and mid-week stays are also possible. The rental price includes electricity, and all rooms are equipped with electric convector heaters.

The property is conveniently located just a 45-minute drive from the Ouistreham ferry terminal. Additionally, it is approximately a 1-hour drive from The Havre ferry terminal and 2 hours from Cherbourg. If you're coming from Dieppe, it will take you approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes by car, while Paris is around a 3-hour drive away.
