Facility Usage:

When you stay at our accommodation, your family will have access to four double rooms and shared bathroom facilities. In addition, you are welcome to use our two living rooms, equipped with televisions, books, and videos for your entertainment. Explore our beautiful pool, gardens, orchard, and yard during your stay. Please note that the kitchen is not available for guest use as we provide meals upon reservation. However, if you require a fridge, please inform us.

Amenities:

Enjoy background music throughout the house. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries. In the TV room, you will find a library of books and films for your enjoyment.

Code of Conduct:

We kindly request that you treat our house as if it were your own, ensuring its cleanliness and taking care of the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, but allowed in designated outdoor areas. Please be respectful towards other guests and avoid making noise at inappropriate times.

Meal Services:

Our menu mainly consists of traditional Spanish and Andalusian dishes, such as gazpacho, paella, pescaito frito, sopas de pescado, and tortilla española. We also offer barbecues in the garden. You have the option to choose between full board for 20 euros per day or half board (lunch or dinner) for 11 euros per day. Please make advance reservations.

Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., lunch from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Parking:

We provide free parking for our guests in an outdoor car park located within the Villa's premises.

Airport Transfer:

We offer airport transfers and transportation from bus/train stations to our B&B upon reservation. Please provide us with your flight details and estimated arrival time. The cost is 60 euros per person, each way. Advanced reservation is required.

Our House:

The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, offering stunning sea views for you to enjoy and unwind during your stay.

Sustainability:

We have implemented a number of sustainable measures to minimize our environmental impact. These include using water from our own well, employing solar heating for hot water, serving fresh and healthy food in our menus, practicing organic production of vegetables, fruits, and eggs, utilizing a re-use system and salt treatment for our swimming pool, and promoting recycling with different bins for plastic, paper, organic waste, and glass. We also encourage the use of local products such as olive oil, aloe vera, avocados, and handcrafted items. We kindly ask you to be responsible with your energy and water usage. Host Family Habits and Customs:

We are a family of four who are deeply connected to the care and maintenance of our house and land. You will see that we are surrounded by fruit trees and have an orchard and yard that require daily attention, which includes tending to the garden, cleaning the swimming pool, harvesting fruits and vegetables, and feeding the chickens. We also have a friendly pet parrot named Pollo who may not be very talkative but is always laughing. Typically, we have lunch at 2 p.m. and dinner at 9 p.m. You are welcome to join us for meals or choose to dine separately, as per your preference. Occasionally, we have friends visit and hold barbecues in the garden.
