The kitchen features modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, and a variety of cookware and dishes. The living room also includes a buffet dining area with a low, round table and four chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge area furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, television with DVD player, and a library stocked with books and games.

Additionally, the apartment offers a laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The sleeping quarters consist of three bedrooms, a separate WC, and a bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, a spacious vanity unit, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, scales, and a laundry tub.

The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and bedside lamps. A cot can be provided upon request. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two people and includes a large wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a lamp. The third bedroom features a 90 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with 5 drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.

Finally, there is a charming south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The apartment can be rented on a weekly, biweekly, weekend, or monthly basis, depending on the season.

To reach the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
When you reach the Montagne du Roule, head towards Boulevard East until you reach the outskirts of Cherbourg. Once you see the fire at the Residence L'Oree du Bois, take an immediate left turn. Look for the second building A in the parking lot, which is located furthest from the road.
