This apartment is located in a peaceful private residence on the fourth floor, accessible by an elevator and intercom system. With a total area of 80 m2, the apartment offers a south-facing balcony.Inside, you will find a spacious and luminous living room, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, and a variety of cookware and dishes. The living room also includes a buffet dining area with a low, round table and four chairs, as well as a comfortable lounge area furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, television with DVD player, and a library stocked with books and games.
Additionally, the apartment offers a laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The sleeping quarters consist of three bedrooms, a separate WC, and a bathroom. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, a spacious vanity unit, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, scales, and a laundry tub.
The first bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm bed, a lingerie wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and bedside lamps. A cot can be provided upon request. The second bedroom comfortably accommodates two people and includes a large wardrobe, a dresser, a chair, and a lamp. The third bedroom features a 90 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with 5 drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.
