This room consists of four distinct areas:1. A fully equipped kitchen that has been recently renovated and opens onto a terrace. It includes a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, various utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.
2. A separate bedroom with a comfortable large bed measuring 1m60. It also features a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, Internet and television access, and the option to use air conditioning.
3. A renovated bathroom equipped with a shower, an integrated sink unit, and a toilet.
4. A small terrace that overlooks the garden, furnished with outdoor seating, and with parking available for a car.
