Welcome to the charming Roguedas Cottage, a newly built 68 m2 home that offers a high level of comfort. This cottage is equivalent to a 3 and 4-star gite, ensuring a delightful stay for our guests. In addition to a lovely garden and private parking, you can indulge in the pleasures of the outdoors on a spacious south-facing terrace complete with a barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture.The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious main room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A large window bathes the room in natural light, allowing you to bask in the warmth of the southern exposure. Laundry facilities and a toilet are conveniently located on this level as well.
We have taken great care to ensure that your stay feels like home away from home. The cottage is equipped with all the essential appliances, including an LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Upstairs, you will find two cozy bedrooms, each accommodating two people. One room is furnished with a double bed, while the other offers two single beds. A bathroom with a toilet completes this level. Additionally, the lounge area provides two extra sleeping spaces with a comfortable sofa bed.
At no additional cost, you can request access to the outdoor hot tub, as well as enjoy a game of golf or explore the surroundings with the bicycles provided (two for adults and two for children). We also offer a stroller and a baby cot for the comfort of our youngest guests.
For your convenience, we offer optional services such as bed linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning for a supplementary fee.
