The rooms and junior suites in this recently restored old farmhouse offer the authentic warmth and charm of the Umbrian hills. The interiors are tastefully furnished with a combination of period furniture and contemporary frames created by Stefania Fior. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and heating for maximum comfort. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing beautiful wooden beams and a large external door leading to a terrace. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden filled with trees, and there is a pool nestled among the woods, meadows, and olive groves. In addition, a small river awaits you just over 400 meters away, providing a serene escape in the stunning hills.

On the ground floor, you will find the breakfast room. Here, a delightful buffet awaits you by the fireplace, featuring homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Our jams are made from fruit grown on our pesticide-free trees, using natural fertilizers. You can enjoy these delicious spreads on typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread baked in our ovens. Fresh seasonal fruit is also available, along with coffee and milk. We aim to provide a satisfying and nourishing start to your day.
