Situated on the picturesque south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, only 15 minutes from Ajaccio itself, our gite offers a convenient and car-free way to explore the area. With a shuttle boat located right on the beach, you can easily access Ajaccio and its attractions.Porticcio, our charming coastal town, is ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding area. From here, you can reach Cargèse in just 1 hour and 30 minutes, the stunning creeks of Piana (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Porto, Scandola, and Girolata in 2 hours and 30 minutes, Bonifacio in 1 hour and 15 minutes, and Sartène in 50 minutes. The beautiful neck Vizzavona is also just a short 50-minute drive away.
Ajaccio is a highly sought-after destination, known for its pristine beaches and breathtaking natural beauty. Our resort takes pride in its commitment to preserving the environment, as evidenced by its Blue Flag designation. The resort is surrounded by untouched nature, providing a tranquil and unspoiled setting.
The beach is a mere 800 meters away, allowing you to easily soak up the sun and enjoy various water sports. In Ajaccio (1.5 km away), you can partake in activities such as sailing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, boat trips, and even rent surfboards and catamarans. Additionally, there is a water park, an equestrian center (1.5 km away), a shooting range, and a municipal golf course in Porticcio. For those who prefer land-based activities, there are numerous excursions, hiking and 4x4 tours, and cycling routes to explore. A bus stop is conveniently located at the foot of the residence, providing easy access to the coast and nearby beaches.
Perched on a hill, the Terra Bella residence is a charming collection of small buildings connected by narrow pedestrian streets and beautiful gardens. Within the residence, there are two swimming pools with terrace areas (unheated and unsupervised), available for use from mid-May to late September. Tennis courts, although not included in the service, are located nearby. Please inquire about the opening and closing dates of the pools, as they are subject to the condominium's schedule. Inside the apartment, you will find all the comforts necessary for a fantastic holiday.
