Our charming cottage is situated just 100 meters away from the stunning seafront of Penmarc'h (29,760), in the quaint harbor of St. Pierre. It is conveniently located 14 km from Pont L'Abbé and 32 km from Quimper, making it the perfect base to explore the beautiful South Finistère region of the country bigouden.The municipality of Penmarc'h boasts an impressive 8 km stretch of sandy beaches and secluded coves. Our lovely cottage, measuring 60 square meters, is south-facing, ensuring plenty of natural light and warmth throughout the day. It has been tastefully decorated in a nautical theme and was fully renovated in 2008 using environmentally-friendly materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool.
The main floor of the cottage features a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams, complete with a stove for added comfort. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and sink, as well as a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find two charming bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds with the option of accommodating a third person. There is also a modern bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Each room is equipped with heating, and we provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families traveling with little ones.
Outside, there is a spacious 17 square meter terrace, facing south and sheltered, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue.
The weekly rental rates for our cottage are as follows: €520 during July and August (high season), €350 during school holidays in June and September (mid season), and €300 during other periods (low season). We also offer weekend rentals for certain periods at a rate of €150 during mid season and €100 during low season.
Please note that the prices do not include additional charges for water and electricity, which will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.
Check-in time is from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out time is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
To secure your reservation, we kindly request that you return the signed lease agreement along with a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival.
