Situated in the stunning Pyrénées region, this charming family cottage boasts a breathtaking view at an altitude of 420m. Surrounded by a vast 5000m² garden adorned with grand trees and a lovely terrace, this accommodation offers a tranquil and picturesque setting. With five spacious bedrooms, a generous living-room spanning 52m², and three bathrooms, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 13-16 guests.Description for Gite
This gite offers a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. The spacious lounge features a fireplace, TV, and DVD player. There is also a dining room and an office-library with a sofa bed and twin bed. A toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, three of which have balconies, and two bathrooms with an additional shower room and toilet. The gite is heated by oil central heating.Conveniently, there is a bakery nearby. All other shops can be found 2 km away in Loures-Barousse. The railway station is 6 km away with direct access to Paris. Tennis courts are 2 km away, while a golf course is 6 km away. For those who enjoy fishing, the Garonne River is close by. Additionally, there is a lake 500 m away and downhill skiing is available 30 km away. A casino is also located 2 km away.
Outside the house, guests can enjoy a barbecue and a garden, perfect for spending quality time on the terrace. Children will love the portico and closed playground, which was formerly a tennis court with a Basque pelota fronton. Small bikes are also available for use.
The gite is conveniently located near the road to Spain and a lightly used rail line that has only three passages per day.
Rates for the gite range from 550 during the low season to 750 during the high season. Weekend stays are also possible.

Directions
Continue on the A64 road for the entire journey. Take exit number 17 to exit the motorway. Once you have paid the toll at Montréjeau, quickly move into the outer lane and follow the green sign indicating Lerida Espagne.
Proceed on the nationale 125 road.
Upon reaching Labroquère, continue straight after the traffic lights and then take the first right turn towards Saint Bertrand de Comminges. Our house is the first one on the left, just before the level crossing.
