Description for Gite

Tranquility and Serenity

Originally a watermill dating back to the 17th century, Domaine Jean-Got has transformed into a charming farmhouse and vineyard. Nestled on a three-hectare plot of land, this property is situated a mere hundred meters away from the nearby lane, offering a peaceful and idyllic rural setting.

As you enter the property through the driveway, you will be greeted by 1 ½ hectares of lush pasture on either side. Here, you can relax and unwind by a small natural stream or take a refreshing dip in the newly built 10mX5m swimming pool.

At Domaine Jean-Got, our main aim is to provide you with an atmosphere of tranquility, allowing you to escape the pressures and demands of everyday life. You will have the freedom to choose from two accommodation options: The Tower, a cozy retreat for two, or The Annex, a semi-detached unit that can comfortably sleep up to five guests. The Annex will be available from Autumn 2009. Please note that we reside in the main house on the property.

Both The Tower and The Annex have been beautifully renovated in a contemporary cottage style, ensuring a delightful blend of modern comforts and rustic charm. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Additionally, both accommodations offer a flat-screen TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi internet access, both indoors and outdoors.

To maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, please note that both houses are non-smoking areas.
