The house itself is 82 m² and boasts plenty of natural light, offering a stunning view over the park. It is also very comfortable and well-equipped.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a wood stove and a 107 cm TV. There is an open living room area of 44 m² which includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a separate toilet with a garderobe. Additionally, there is a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, there is a garden terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The property also has access to a common park area.
