This renovated farmhouse is located in the heart of the beautiful natural park Scarpe-Scheldt, surrounded by forests and hiking trails. It is conveniently situated 13km from the spa town of Spa, 13km from Tournai, and only 35 minutes from Lille. The house itself is 82 m² and boasts plenty of natural light, offering a stunning view over the park. It is also very comfortable and well-equipped.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a wood stove and a 107 cm TV. There is an open living room area of 44 m² which includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a separate toilet with a garderobe. Additionally, there is a technical room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside, there is a garden terrace with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The property also has access to a common park area.
Moving upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 160x200 bed, the second bedroom has a 90x190 bed, and the third bedroom offers a 100x200 bed. Each bedroom comes with its own wardrobe, and there is also a dresser available. There is a bathroom on this floor, as well as a corridor/mezzanine attic.

Venu bien avant le Covid. Pour le plaisir et quelques travaux de peinture. Nous avons été reçu très agréablement par sa propriétaire Maria .très joli gîte. Nous envisageons d'y retourner.
