This charming dwelling house is located on a beautiful property spanning over 2 hectares of meadows and woods. It is situated just 10 kilometers south of Sarlat and the Dordogne border, in a peaceful and rural setting. The property features four separate gites, each surrounded by hedges and trees, with a 17th century cottage attached to the main house.These gites have undergone extensive renovations and now offer comfortable and fully equipped accommodations on the ground floor. They are perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Each gite consists of three rooms, including a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Additional amenities include a TV with DVD player and a washing machine, all available for your convenience.
Outside, each gite has its own private garden with a lovely gazebo and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the natural surroundings. Furthermore, there is WIFI internet connection available throughout the property.
With a capacity of 4 to 6 people per gite and no overlooking neighbors, these accommodations provide privacy and tranquility for a truly enjoyable stay.

From Paris, travel approximately 540 km on the Bordeaux and Lyon A6 motorway. Take the A71 towards Limoges / Clermont Ferrand and then the A20 towards Toulouse. Take exit number 55 towards Souillac, then follow the D703 towards Sarlat for about 20 km. Turn left towards Aillac - Carsac - A Carsac and follow the signs for Vitrac for 6 km. Pass the village of Montfort (with a castle on the left) and continue until you see a sign for "Vitrac village, 1 km". Follow that direction and ignore the stage on the left. Immediately after, take the first right, following the sign for "Small Country Meadows". Stay on the right side of the road for about 1 km (as the road goes uphill). Look for four mailboxes on your left and right, and a small sign for "Little Meadows". Turn onto the path and continue for about 300 m. Congratulations! You have arrived!
