Our two cottages are completely separate. Suite Pepper can be accessed through an external stone staircase and has its own private terrace of 10 m2, shaded by an arbor. The room, which is 30m2, faces the sunset and includes a 160 cm bed, a seating area, and a small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, a sink, a dishwasher, and an electric barbecue. The workshop bathroom, separated by a glass partition, features a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet.

The Lin Seed chamber is located in a wing of the house and opens onto a charming flower courtyard called Couradou, which is filled with the delightful scent of Mediterranean citrus. This suite faces south and consists of two interconnected parts connected by an internal iron staircase, crafted by a local artisan. The bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Description for Gite

This gite description is for a former silk 18th-century house that has been restored in the charming hamlet of Chabanne, conveniently located near Chirols Vals les Bains, Antraigues, and Aubenas. This stone house beautifully combines traditional character with a contemporary touch in its restoration. Guests will appreciate the old chestnut beams, stone windows, and antique furniture, as well as the polished concrete floor, metal staircase, and aluminum door frames.

The cottage, which spans 70 m2, can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It boasts 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with twin beds (90cm). On the main floor, guests will find a walk-in shower and a lava stone sink that are easily accessible from both bedrooms.

The cozy living room, with its high ceiling and abundant natural light streaming in from the large bay window, is particularly inviting. It includes a kitchenette and a living area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze.

An iron staircase leads to a bridge that features a relaxation area with a single bed (90cm) and a private terrace spanning 40 m2. This terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, including the 3 valleys and mountains of Tanargue. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining at the table, lounge on the comfortable chairs, and cook up a delicious meal on the electric barbecue. An old stone sink adds a touch of rustic charm to the exterior space.

Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to nearby rivers, such as the Ardèche, Fontaulière, and Bourges, which offer idyllic spots for swimming and fishing.
