This gite offers a comfortable and well-equipped stay for guests. It features a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette complete with a fireplace, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The sitting area includes a BZ that can serve as a bed for two people, along with a TV and a radio with a CD player. Outside, guests can enjoy a lush garden terrace with a barbecue, Transter, parasol, and garden furniture. The owner personally welcomes guests upon arrival. Linen is provided and maid service is available upon request.The gite is conveniently located near various attractions and activities. Guests can explore the nearby beaches, ports, thalassotherapy center, casino, and the historic pirate town. There are also plenty of sports options available, including tennis, international golf, horse riding, sailing, and yachting. For those interested in exploring further, the Chausey and Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark) are easily accessible. The surrounding area offers additional attractions such as Mont Saint-Michel, the Normandy landing beaches, and St Malo.
The price for the gite varies based on the season. In the low season, the rate is 250 euros per stay, while in the regular season it is 300 euros. During peak season, the rate is 400 euros. For weekend stays, the rate is 50 euros per day.
