This gite offers a comfortable and well-equipped stay for guests. It features a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette complete with a fireplace, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The sitting area includes a BZ that can serve as a bed for two people, along with a TV and a radio with a CD player. Outside, guests can enjoy a lush garden terrace with a barbecue, Transter, parasol, and garden furniture. The owner personally welcomes guests upon arrival. Linen is provided and maid service is available upon request.

The gite is conveniently located near various attractions and activities. Guests can explore the nearby beaches, ports, thalassotherapy center, casino, and the historic pirate town. There are also plenty of sports options available, including tennis, international golf, horse riding, sailing, and yachting. For those interested in exploring further, the Chausey and Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark) are easily accessible.
