This charming house is ideally located on the bay of Cancale and Mont St Michel, just 400 meters from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet dead-end street, it offers the perfect retreat for those seeking peace and relaxation. Within a short distance, you will find all the necessary amenities including grocery stores, a pharmacy, butcher, four restaurants, a bakery, and a bar tobacco.This house is especially suited for families with children, as it is fully equipped with everything you may need for your little ones, including a baby bed, bath, changing table, and toys. Additionally, we provide seven bicycles for guests to use, catering to both adults and children.
The layout of the house is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor, you will find a large living area of 90 square meters, complete with a granite fireplace, dining room, and office space. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home. There is also a bedroom with a private bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms, one of which includes a TV and DVD player. There is also a large bathroom and another separate toilet for added convenience.
The main attractions of this property are its comfort and tranquility, situated between Cancale and Mont St Michel along the picturesque coastline. Please note that pets are not allowed.
The rental price ranges from 450 Euros to 1000 Euros per week, depending on the season and the number of guests. Weekend rates and extended stays are also available. Additional packages, including linen services, can be arranged for an extra charge.
