This restored old house, renovated in 2013/2014, offers a spacious living area of 300 square meters. It boasts four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Each room is thoughtfully decorated in a unique theme, providing a luxurious and charming experience for guests.The "Captain" themed room is furnished with items and family photos reminiscent of a cabin boat. It even features a terrace designed to resemble a boat deck. Access to the courtyard garden and outdoor area is conveniently provided by a staircase.
The "Genghis Khan" room takes inspiration from Mongolian yurts, with canvas walls and roof that mimic the traditional structure. The roof is supported by a central pillar and wooden beams, and the room is adorned with typical yurt decorations, such as a painted chest and Mongolian stove. The color scheme revolves around red and cream tones. The room offers direct access to the terrace through a French door, and a corridor leads to the staircase for accessing the courtyard garden. The spacious bathroom in this room features a walk-in shower.
The "Maharani" room, also known as the Indian Chamber, spans 30 square meters and is elegantly decorated in shades of blue, showcasing original Indian furniture. A door from this room opens directly to the tranquil courtyard garden. Additionally, there is another door that allows for communication with the adjoining room, making it convenient for families.
The "French" room exudes a classic ambiance inspired by the 18th and 19th centuries. It overlooks the charming garden courtyard through a large bay window.
All rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds, ranging from 140x200 to 180x200, depending on the room. The Genghis Khan room also offers an extra single bed (90x200) to accommodate up to three people. Guests can choose to relax and socialize in the cozy fireplace area at the entrance, the dining room/library, or on the terrace.
For dinner, guests have the option to enjoy a delicious regional meal prepared by the host, which can be arranged upon reservation.

Directions
To get to the house, follow these travel directions: From Caen, head towards Cherbourg. Once you reach the end of Caen, take the Rots/ Bretteville l'Orguelleuse exit. After driving for about 4 km, you will pass through the village of Bretteville l'Orgueilleuse. At the junction, take a right onto a small street called rue de Secqueville. The house will be located there.
If you are coming from Bayeux heading towards Cherbourg, take the Secqueville/ Bretteville l'Orgueilleuse/ Putot en Bessin exit. As you enter Bretteville, pass under the N13 and at the roundabout, turn right towards the village. The house will be about 200m on the left at the intersection with Street Secqueville.
