The entrance is adorned with a beautiful flowered access and a paved stones area. A delightful pergola adorns the 80 square meter rose marble terrace, where guests can unwind. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for added convenience. Children will delight in the swing set and sandbox available on the premises.
Inside, the ground floor features a separate room equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning supplies. A separate WC with a cupboard and cleaning products is also available. The main bathroom is furnished with a bath, WC, cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin. The solid oak timber kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker, cooker hood, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room offers a traditional wood fireplace, dining area, angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. With direct access to the garden, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the open countryside.
Upstairs, the first floor comprises three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and closet. Bedroom 2 offers four single beds and a closet. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, color TV, baby bed, and balcony. The bathroom includes a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror.
To ensure comfort during the colder months, the cottage is heated throughout by electric panel heaters. Warm water is produced by a separate electrical unit, and a VIVA service phone is available for guests to use.
