The cottage underwent a renovation in 2006 and boasts a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room area complete with a cozy fireplace, as well as a well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. There is also a designated dining area for enjoying meals. Upstairs, the cottage offers three bedrooms, two with double beds (140cm) and one with two single beds (90cm). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine for your convenience. The cottage is equipped with electric heating.

Outside, you can take advantage of the lovely terrace that offers picturesque views of the Pyrenees. The cottage also features a garden, solarium, and parking space. The total area of the cottage, including outdoor space, is 90 square meters.

There are numerous activities available in the vicinity, such as hiking (with the GR86 trail passing by the house), horse riding, fishing, and exploring the countryside on horseback or with a donkey. Just 2 kilometers away, you can enjoy a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake for pedal boating and fishing, as well as a climbing wall, a castle, a museum, and an exhibition hall. Within a 6-kilometer radius, you will find even more opportunities for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, mountain biking, paragliding, and even a unique treetop golf course.

If you're seeking relaxation, there are thermal baths, a casino, a cinema, skiing opportunities, museums, guided tours, caves, an abbey, and Gallo-Roman sites within a 20-kilometer radius.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a 56-kilowatt package of electricity, with any additional usage charged at 0.13 euros per kilowatt. Additionally, a package of wood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.
