Recently constructed using traditional materials and finished to the highest standards, this villa is nestled within its own grove of oak trees, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Step inside and be greeted by a covered breakfast terrace, leading you into a spacious hallway. To the front, a large and inviting sitting room awaits, complete with comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a satellite TV / DVD player. To the left, a well-equipped kitchen beckons, featuring a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, and a family dining table and chairs. French windows open onto the magnificent front terrace, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the bay and the ancient citadel of Calvi.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a generous dining area with a table and chairs leads to the main sitting room. Here, you'll find large, plush white sofas and chairs, along with French windows that open onto the front terrace. The terrace itself is furnished with a large parasol, table, chairs, a gas BBQ, and comfortable sun loungers, creating the perfect space for relaxation and outdoor dining.

On the ground floor, three beautifully appointed bedrooms await. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and French windows that open onto the garden, providing stunning sea views. The third bedroom offers twin beds and is conveniently located next to the lovely bathroom, which boasts a large spa bath, basin, and a separate tiled shower. A separate WC is also available.

A staircase from the hallway leads to the master suite on the upper floor, offering its own balcony with mesmerizing views of Calvi and the mountains. The master suite also boasts a spacious bathroom with a spa bath, basin, and WC. At the back of the house, a second balcony treats you to fantastic views of the mountains and the picturesque village of Lumio, perched on the hillside.
