Gite Mont Joly is conveniently located just off the main road into Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. Our charming gite is surrounded by woodland on one side and offers breathtaking mountain views on the other three. Whether you're planning a short break or a longer holiday, our accommodation is ideal. We can accommodate up to 15 guests in rooms for 2, 4, or 6-7 people.For an additional fee, we offer a delicious breakfast for 7€ per person (children under 5 eat for free) and a packed lunch for 7€. These options are entirely optional.
Our guests have the opportunity to mingle with fellow holidaymakers in our spacious dining room and cozy snug area. Alternatively, they can relax on our sunny patio. The communal kitchen is well-equipped, providing essential items such as herbs, spices, oil, and cling film. We also offer raclette equipment for those who enjoy this traditional dish. Additionally, we have barbecues available on the patio.
Upon request, guests can utilize our washing machine and dryer. We have a ski locker in the basement (and a bike locker in the summer) and ample private parking outside. Families with babies or young children can request essential items such as a cot, high chair, play mat, and musical chair. We also have children's toys available.
Saint Gervais is a charming and authentic French town with plenty of attractions nearby. The renowned Tramway du Mont Blanc departs from the village and takes passengers up to an altitude of 2380m. The hot springs at nearby Le Fayet, called Les Thermes, are just a 15-minute walk through the woods from our gite. Additionally, the Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, the fourth largest in France, is only 1.5km away. The village also offers a new swimming pool, an ice rink in winter, and numerous attractive walking trails starting from the village or the nature reserve at Les Contamines.
Description for Gite
You have the option to rent the entire gite all year round, accommodating 15 guests in the summer and 22 in the winter. Except for the busy winter holidays (Christmas, New Year, and February/March school holidays) where the changeover day is on a Saturday, you can rent our gite for less than 7 days. Similar to our Chambres d'hotes, the price includes all bedding.Reviews

Directions
If you are traveling by car or motorbike from Geneva, you can take the Autoroute Blanche until you reach Saint-Gervais-le Fayet. From there, follow the signs to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. As you approach the village, you will come across a hairpin bend where the restaurant, Le Four, is located. Our building is right after Le Four.
For those coming from Megève, drive through Saint Gervais and pass under the Tramway du Mont Blanc bridge. You will find us 200m ahead on the right-hand side.
If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest station is Le Fayet. Upon request, we can arrange to pick up small groups from the station.
If you are arriving by air, the closest airport is Geneva. We suggest renting a car, but if that is not possible, there are several companies in the region that offer transfer services.
