Located several miles away from the closest village, this cozy retreat provides a tranquil and refreshing escape. Immerse yourself in the wonders of nature during your stay in the Pyrenees. Please note that access to the chalet is only possible via a small road, which is not cleared of snow during the winter season.Description for Gite
This charming cottage offers a cozy ground floor, featuring a small living room with a fireplace, a convenient kitchenette, and a bathroom. Moving up to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each (1x140). The cottage is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort. Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax on the provided outdoor furniture, while making use of the barbecue, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Pets are more than welcome to join you during your stay. The parking area is located a short walk away from the cottage, accessed by a well-designed path with a few steps. Directions
Upon reaching the exit of Aspet, proceed towards Sengouagnet. Once outside the village, take the D 618 road on your left. When you reach the Oule bridge, stay on the left and follow the sign indicating "The Mourtis." Depart from the D618 road (coming from the left) upon reaching the Couret sign. Be aware that the road ahead is quite winding. As you navigate through the village of Couret, you will then pass through a forest. Upon exiting the forest, you will be treated to a magnificent view of the impressive Mourtis and Cagire mountains. Look out for a sharp right turn that suggests a path on the left, just after the sign for "The Couret - The Souleignan." Follow this path and you will easily identify the cottage on your right.
