Alliance of history and modernity, for a great stay. It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our single-story Villa with its mill located on the site of an old rum distillery. Tree-lined plot of 2500 m2 with a swimming pool, private parking 500m from the fishing port and the beach of Saint Félix. Ideally located between Saint Anne and Le Gosier, close to shops (1 minute walk), grocery stores, bakery, pizzeria, dry cleaner, restaurants, bars. We offer 3 comfortable double rooms (Iguana, Calebasse, Moulin) equipped with quality bedding and private bathrooms. The Iguana room has a private toilet and direct access to the garden and the pool. We also offer plane rides and boat trips. We can arrange for car rental and airport transfer. On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, we offer the option of a friendly dinner at €15 per person, with a complimentary aperitif by the pool (wines not included). Upon your arrival at the villa, a welcome drink and a small snack will be offered. The rooms and common areas are non-smoking. Hearty American breakfasts are included. We also prepare generous picnic baskets for takeaway lunch for 1 to 6 people.
